We welcome all guests!

All children under the age of 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) at all times and comply with lounge rules.

We recommend wearing socks before visiting the lounge. We do not allow outside shoes to be worn inside the lounge.

It is highly recommended that you do not visit the lounge if you have known allergies to cats for your health and safety.

No refunds will be remitted for cancellations made less than 48-hours prior to your reservation or for no-shows. If you need to cancel your reservation, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice. Please note that you will receive a refund of 50% of your reservation.

Cat Haven Lounge requires a digital liability waiver to be completed before entry.

Adults (18+)

All guests 18 years or older must complete their own liability waiver prior to visiting the lounge.
If minors are included in your party, they must be listed on the adult’s waiver with their information.

Minors (Under 18)

• Guests 14–17 years old may visit the lounge without a parent present.
  However, a parent or legal guardian (18+) must complete the waiver in advance for the minor.

• Guests 13 years old and under must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Waiver Validity

• Waivers are valid from the date signed through the end of the calendar year.

• All waivers expire on December 31 and must be renewed annually.

• If the waiver is updated during the year, guests may be required to complete the most current version.

Online Reservations & Walk-Ins

• Guests booking online will complete the waiver during the reservation process.

• A completed waiver is also valid for walk-in visits during the same year.

Reservations are per person. You must purchase a reservation for each person in your group.

Each adult reservation may include up to three children (ages 3–13).

Children under 3 years old are welcome to enter at no charge and do not require a reservation; however, their information must be included on the accompanying adult’s liability waiver.

If you decide to cancel your membership, please follow the link in the emailed receipt you received at the time of purchase.

Your remaining visits stay available for you to use through our online reservation portal.

Your membership merchandise discount expires at the time of cancellation. Merchandise discount only applies to active subscriptions.

Each membership must be canceled individually prior to renewal date.

We do not offer refunds for membership purchases or renewals.
