Reservations are not mandatory to enter.

  • All children under the age of 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) at all times and comply with lounge rules.

  • We recommend wearing socks before visiting the lounge. We do not allow outside shoes to be worn inside the lounge.

  • It is highly recommended that you do not visit the lounge if you have known allergies to cats for your health and safety.

  • No refunds will be remitted for cancellations made less than 24-hours prior to your reservation or for no-shows. If you need to cancel your reservation, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice. Please note that you will receive a refund of 50% of your reservation.

  • Cat Haven Lounge requires our digital waiver to be signed prior to entry.

    WAIVER (ADULTS 18+): Anyone 18 years or older must fill out their own waiver. If you have any minors (under 18) in your party, you must include them in your waiver by providing their information.

    WAIVER (MINORS 14-16 yrs): If a minor between 14-16 years of age is visiting the lounge by themselves, a required waiver must be completed by an adult 18 years or older, prior to entry.

    WAIVER* (DISCLAIMER): All waivers dated from 03/27/2024 will not expire until 12/31/2024.

    Walk-in guests who have signed a waiver dated 03/27/2024 or newer does not need to sign a waiver again until 01/01/2025.

    *All online reservations will sign a waiver with every online reservation made— this waiver is valid for a walk-in visit as well.

  • Reservations are per person. You must purchase a reservation for each person in your group.

  • We offer 4 levels of memberships at 4 separate price points. Each package includes different benefits. Please read through each package to determine what best suites your needs.

  • If you decide to cancel your membership, please follow the link in the emailed receipt you received at the time of purchase. Your remaining visits stay available for you to use throuh our online reservation portal. Your membership merchandise discount expires at the time of cancellation, merchandise discount only applies to active subscriptions.
